Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Senate message (page 4377) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 266(L&C)                                                
"An Act relating to guide-outfitter and master guide-outfitter                
licenses; extending the termination date of the Big Game                       
Commercial Services Board; and providing for an effective date."

Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate              
amendment to CSHB 266(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB 266(RES),                   
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                     
                                                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment
